5. Voice & Biometric Data
Your voice is personal to you, so we give it special protection. Voice recordings you upload to create a voice clone are treated as sensitive biometric information.
- We collect and process voice recordings only with your consent, which you provide when you choose to create a voice clone.
- Your voice data is used solely to generate your personalized audio — it is never used to train models for other users and is never sold.
- Voice data is encrypted and stored securely, and you can delete it at any time from your account.
- We retain voice data only while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, after which it is deleted.
- If you use the Practitioner tier to manage voices on behalf of clients, additional responsibilities apply — see Section 9 of our Terms of Service.
6. International Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your own, including outside Australia. We take steps to ensure adequate protection of your data according to applicable law.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures (encryption, access controls, secure authentication) to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services. We may retain certain information longer where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. When you close your account or request deletion, we delete or de-identify your personal information unless we are required to keep it.
