A vision board with you in the picture

A sample board — a persona, not a customer

Don’t just picture the future. Practice it.

The problem

Most vision boards fail the second open. Beautiful the day you make them, invisible by Friday — a collage of strangers’ lives that never asks anything of you again.

What we built

One selfie becomes photorealistic scenes of you living each future you choose, at the horizon you set. Each one is playable — your affirmations out loud, in a natural voice or a clone of your own.

You don’t just look at this board. You press play on it. That’s the whole idea — and it’s free to try, no card required.

01 · How it works

From a sentence to a session

Binaural

Two tones a few hertz apart. The beat you hear is the difference between them.

Isochronic

A single tone switched on and off at a steady rate. No headphones needed.

Monaural

Two tones combined before they reach you, arriving as one already-beating wave.

Colored noise

A shaped noise bed, chosen to sit under a voice rather than over it.

Pick how far ahead you’re looking: one, three, five or ten years. Then choose your life areas and describe each one in your own words — what it looks like, how it feels, and what’s been holding you back. The Oracle asks the questions, so you never face a blank canvas.

Practice it

Where science and wisdom create magic

The engineered half is measurable. Two tones a few hertz apart, and the beat you hear is the difference between them. Noise shaped to sit under a voice rather than over it. A session length matched to the state you’re practicing for.

The other half is far older than any of that — the practice of saying who you intend to be, out loud, on purpose.

The magic isn’t that a picture guarantees a future. It’s the moment your vision stops looking like someone else’s and starts sounding like yours.

What the evidence does and doesn’t support

01 · The second open

Why most vision boards go quiet

A classic vision board has two structural problems. The first: it isn’t you. A magazine model on a beach, a stock-photo kitchen, someone else’s handwriting on someone else’s certificate — the gap between the imagery and your actual life is exactly the gap your attention falls into.

The second: it’s silent. A collage asks nothing of you. No next step, no session, no reason to come back. After the first week you stop seeing it, the way you stop seeing your own wallpaper.

We wrote an evidence-honest deep dive on what the goal-setting research actually supports — and what “manifesting” claims get wrong — in Do vision boards work? The short version: the picture alone was never the mechanism. The practice is.

02 · What’s different here

Three things no corkboard can do

Difference 01 — It’s your face in your future

One selfie is enough. For each life area you choose, DeepBliss paints a photorealistic scene of you living that vision — aged naturally toward the horizon you picked, in a setting built from your own words. Seeing yourself in the picture is the difference between admiring a life and recognizing one.

Difference 02 — Every vision is something you can play

Each life area gets its own affirmation script, written from the words you gave the wizard. Press play and it becomes a listening session: your affirmations in a natural voice, or in a clone of your own, over an entrainment layer matched to the state you’re practicing for. The sound underneath draws on the same evidence-graded frequency library the rest of DeepBliss runs on.

Difference 03 — Built to be revisited, not framed

Because every vision is a session, the board has a reason to see you again. Listening counts toward your weekly streaks. A scene that doesn’t feel right can be repainted with your guidance. The words can be rewritten as your goals sharpen. It behaves less like a poster and more like a practice.

03 · The honest part

What a vision board can — and can’t — do

We’ll say plainly what most vision board apps won’t: a picture does not “manifest” anything, and we don’t promise it will. Staring at a collage while the universe rearranges itself is not a mechanism — and products that sell it as one are selling you the frame, not the future.

What a well-built board can be is a vivid, personal statement of what you’re working toward, and a practice that keeps you in contact with it. That’s what this one is designed around: your own face to close the distance, your own words in the affirmations, your own voice if you want it, and a session format that gives the board a reason to see you weekly rather than never.

Then you act. That part stays yours, and it’s the most important part. We don’t promise arrival — nobody honestly can.

We won’t put a study behind a picture. What the goal-setting literature does and doesn’t support — and where manifestation claims fall apart — is written up with its sources in Do vision boards work? The evidence behind the sound layer is graded claim by claim at /science.

05 · FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a digital vision board?

A digital vision board is a collection of images representing the life you want, kept on your phone or computer instead of a corkboard. The DeepBliss version goes further: it puts YOU in the imagery — photorealistic scenes of your own future self, generated from a selfie, one per life area — and pairs each scene with a personalized affirmation experience you can play out loud.

Do vision boards actually work?

Honest answer: a board you glance at once will not change anything, and the evidence does not support "manifesting" as a mechanism. What a good board CAN be is a commitment device you actually revisit — a vivid picture of the goal plus a practice that keeps you engaging with it. We wrote up what the goal-setting research does and does not support in our guide, "Do vision boards work?" on the DeepBliss blog.

What makes the DeepBliss Vision Board different?

Two things. First, identity: the scenes are photorealistic images of YOU, generated from one selfie, across the life areas you choose, at a 1-to-10-year horizon you set. Second, sound: every life area comes with its own affirmation script you can play as an audio experience, in a natural AI voice or a clone of your own. It is a board you listen to.

Do I need to upload a photo?

Yes — one selfie is what makes the scenes yours. It is stored privately, used only to create your board, never shared or made public, and deleted along with everything else if you delete your account.

Is the DeepBliss Vision Board free?

Yes — the free Discover tier includes 1 vision board per month with 3 life areas, and your first board comes with a one-time free do-over if it misses the mark. Paid tiers add more boards per month, more life areas (up to 6), and more scene repaints. No card is required to start.

How long does it take to make?

About five minutes of guided prompts — pick a time horizon, choose your life areas, describe each vision in your own words, add a selfie — and then roughly a minute while your scenes are painted and revealed.

Can I edit my board after it is created?

Yes. You can rewrite the words of any vision, edit its affirmations line by line, repaint a scene you do not love, add extra scenes per life area, and rename the board. Boards are meant to be lived with, not laminated.

Are the images in the example board real customers?

No. The board shown at the top of this page is a sample built with a persona, not a customer, and its scenes were generated by the same image pipeline your board would use. We do not publish customers’ boards.

Disclosures

DeepBliss has a commercial interest in you trying the Vision Board. That’s exactly why this page promises no manifestation, cites no magic, and links to an evidence-honest account of what the research does and doesn’t support.

The board shown at the top of this page is a sample, built with a persona rather than a customer. The images are AI-generated, as yours would be.

Your selfie and your board images are private: stored securely, served only to you, never shared or used for anything beyond creating your board, and deleted with your account.

A vision board is a reflection and goal-setting tool, not a treatment. If you’re struggling, talk to a healthcare professional — the product will point you to real support resources rather than paint over a crisis.
