Your voice · your words

Your affirmations, in your own voice

DeepBliss turns a 20-second recording into a Voice Twin™ that speaks any affirmation you write, in your voice, over sound matched to the state you’re practicing for. Record once. Rehearse whenever.

Same words, two voices

I can meet today with a steady mind.

A narrator
Your voice

Two clips, same words — coming shortly

In the one study that compared them, listeners rated both the same. Their brains didn’t. You decide which one you would come back to.

01 · The short version

The problem

Most affirmation audio is a stranger telling you what to think — and a stranger is easy to argue with.

What happens here instead

  1. 01You record twenty seconds of your own voice.
  2. 02The Oracle writes your lines from your words.
  3. 03Your Voice Twin speaks them back to you.
  4. 04Underneath, sound matched to the state.

02 · How it works

From twenty seconds to every line

01

Record twenty seconds

Read anything — a menu, a quote, a few sentences. The model learns how you speak, not what you said. That is your Voice Twin™, and you only make it once.

02

The Oracle writes your lines

Describe the state you are practicing for and the obstacle in the way. The Oracle writes affirmations at graduated believability — plausibly true today, not a leap — and you can edit every line.

03

Sound matched to the state

Neural RX™ places binaural, monaural or isochronic entrainment and a colored-noise bed under your voice, matched to the state you named. Headphones only when the recipe needs them.

03 · Why your own voice

What the evidence does — and doesn’t — say

01

Self-reference

Information tied to you is processed and remembered more deeply than information about other people. That is the self-reference effect, a finding replicated across decades of memory research (Symons & Johnson 1997). Your own voice is the most self-referential signal there is.

02

The one direct test

Jo et al. 2024 played 21 people self-affirmations in their own synthesized voice and in a matched stranger’s voice inside an fMRI scanner. Their brains treated the two differently. The people rated them equally impactful. With 21 participants that is a first word, not a last one — so this is a practice worth trying, not a promise.

03

The backfire

Wood et al. 2009 found that repeating grand positive statements can worsen mood for people who don’t believe them. Your voice makes a line more personal, not more true — which is why the Oracle writes at graduated believability and why you can edit every line.

04 · Your voice stays yours

A voiceprint is yours to keep

Yes, it’s AI voice cloning. You clone your own voice, with your consent, deletable anytime. It’s different when the voice is yours.

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Delete your voice model whenever you want.
  • Never sold, shared, or used to train anything — it makes your affirmations and nothing else.

Someone else’s voice — a client’s, a partner’s — enters DeepBliss only through an invitation they accept, with the consent recorded.

06 · FAQ

Questions, answered

About 20 seconds of natural speech. You read anything — a quote, a menu, a few sentences. The model learns how you speak, not what you said, and then speaks any new affirmation in that voice without you recording again.

Honest answer: the one published head-to-head (Jo et al. 2024, 21 participants) found the two voices produced different brain activity but no difference in how impactful people rated them. Some people prefer a narrator. Try both and keep the one you actually return to — DeepBliss offers natural voices as well as your own.

Your voice sample and model are encrypted in transit and at rest, you can delete the model yourself at any time, and it is never sold, shared, or used to train shared models. It is used only to generate your own affirmations.

Only for binaural beats, which need a different tone in each ear. Monaural beats, isochronic tones and colored noise all work on speakers, and the Oracle tells you which recipe needs headphones before you press play.

Recording means speaking every line yourself, so your library stops where your patience does. A Voice Twin is built once from one short sample and then speaks unlimited new lines on demand. Both are your voice; cloning removes the per-line effort.

Yes. Wood et al. 2009 found that repeating generic positive statements like “I am a lovable person” worsened mood for people with low self-esteem, because the gap between the words and current belief is what the mind hears. Your voice does not override the wording, so DeepBliss writes at graduated believability — plausibly true today — and lets you edit every line.

07 · The honest part

What this can and can’t do

Your own voice is the most promising starting point we know of, and the single direct test of it was null on the outcome that matters. We would rather show you that than pretend it isn’t there.

The sound layer is optional and modest. Roughly 20–40% of people do not respond to auditory entrainment at all, and DeepBliss says so on every recipe that carries it.

DeepBliss is a wellness practice, not therapy or medical treatment. If what you are carrying is heavier than a practice can hold, a clinician is the right next step.

Record once. Rehearse whenever.

Twenty seconds of your voice, the words you actually need, and sound matched to the state you are practicing for. The first one is free.
